How do I sign up for the Seth Center's newsletter and other updates?
You can sign up for our mailing list to receive updates about courses, products, training sessions, and more. Simply go to sethcenter.com, enter your email address in the sign-up field located mid-page, and click “Sign Up.”
How do online courses work?
All you need is a good internet connection and a phone, tablet, or computer. Live classes are held on Zoom, a free online video conference platform. Before the course starts, you will receive a Zoom link to use each time the class meets. You’ll also receive access to our user-friendly online course platform, where you’ll find all the class replays, supplemental materials, reading assignments, and exercises, as well as our private, secure community. Be sure to update your Zoom desktop app regularly.
How long do I have access to the course or workshop I purchased?
It depends on the type of product you purchased.
- Live Courses: You will have access to all course materials for 6 months from the start of the course.
- Workshops: Replays for a workshop will be posted after 48 hours and available for 45 days after the workshop ends.
On-Demand Courses: You will have access to the on-demand course for one year from the date of purchase. We’ve found that a one-year window gives participants the time and space they need to fully engage with the material, reflect, and integrate the teachings into their lives, without losing momentum. We also regularly review and refresh our content to keep it aligned with student needs and insights. If you feel called to revisit the material after a year, renewal options will be available.

How to reset my password for courses and products?
On the login page for courses and products here, click the Forgot Password link, and it will take you to the next page to provide the email address linked to your SES account. Check your email and reset your password from the email.
Is there a community forum?
Yes. We have a private, secure community for sharing experiences, posting assignments, and receiving support (NOT a Facebook group).
Is Seth Explorer Society membership contract-based?
Seth Explorer Society membership operates on a monthly basis and is designed to provide flexibility without any binding commitments.
Is it possible to cancel my Seth Explorer Society membership and receive a refund if I change my mind?
You can cancel your monthly membership anytime before your next billing cycle. To cancel, log into your account or email us at [email protected], and we are happy to help. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details. If this email does not show up in your inbox, please check your Spam, Promotional, or Updates folders, as it may have been accidentally filtered. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please reach out to [email protected].
Refund questions
Q: If I need to cancel my course, can I get a refund? (4-week, 6-week, and 8-week courses).
A: Yes, you can receive a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the second week/class. Please notify us, and we will process your refund. No refunds are available after this timeframe.
Q: Can I get a refund for a workshop if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you can request a refund up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop. No refunds are available after this timeframe.
Q: Can I get a refund for the on-demand course if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you can receive a refund if you cancel within 2 weeks after the purchase. Please notify us, and we will process your refund. No refunds are available after this timeframe.
Q. Can I get a refund for the Downloadable Audio/MP3 I purchased if I change my mind?
A: No, refunds are not available for the Downloadable Audio/MP3.
Q: I made a mistake and ordered the wrong Audio/MP3. Can I request a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for incorrectly purchased Downloadable Audio/MP3s.
Q: I made a mistake and ordered the wrong book(s). What are my options, and can I return the book(s) and get a refund?
A: Returns are only allowed within 15 days after receiving your order. If you would like to return the book(s), you will need to pay for the return shipping charges. We will refund the price of the book(s) once we receive them in our inventory. Please ensure that the book is in new condition, with no damage, bends, or torn pages, in order to qualify for the refund. To obtain the correct book(s), you will need to place a new order.
