This six week facilitated online course is an intensive focus and immersion into working playfully with the dream state from the perspective of the Seth Material. It will include Seth’s dream exercises and techniques, belief work, dream incubation work, weekly Seth reading assignments, interactive online communication with fellow students, and a weekly live online class with the instructor. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions using a microphone and headset, and participate in a virtual classroom setting from their own computer.

Topics and assigned activities will include:

• Practice with Seth’s exercises for connecting with the dream state and the dreaming self
• Using dreams as a powerful force to create constructive and fulfilling events in all areas of your life
• Dreams as a method of harnessing your unlimited power for solving personal problems and removing impediments to your joy
• Improving your dream recall
• Directing your dreams: Using effective strategies to incubate specific types of dreams
• Using the dream state to understand and aid in the healing of physical illness, mental illness, and emotional challenges
• Changing limiting beliefs that interfere with dream work
• Inner reality and the dream state as the source of outer reality
• Lucid dreams and Out of Body Experiences, taking your waking consciousness with you into the dream state
• Experiencing the amazing benefits of Seth’s sleep schedule
• Using your Inner Self to understand and interpret your dreams
• Using the dream state to connect with reincarnational selves, becoming a “Dream Art Scientist”, methods for recording your dreams, and more.

About the Instructor: David Cielak is a frequent presenter at the US and European conferences of the International Association for the Study of Dreams (IASD). His presentations often focus on Seth’s teachings in the area of dreams and his most recent presentation was on Seth, Dreams and Health.  Dave has been studying the Seth material since the 1970’s when the book Seth Speaks literally fell off a bookstore shelf into his lap. He credits Seth’s concepts and dream state practices to helping him achieve success in building large scale social welfare organizations which have helped thousands of disabled and disadvantaged people to obtain and maintain employment.  Dave has facilitated and co-led Seth focused dream groups both on line and in person and is the Program Director of New Awareness Network Inc.

COURSE TEXTBOOK: You will need the book “Seth, Dreams and Projections of Consciousness” for this course. Your registration entitles you to receive this book for free. (Shipping is not included)

If you can't make every live class, that's OK, all assignments will be available online, and online activities can be done at your leisure at any time during the week. Detailed simple instructions will be provided on how to log into the live weekly online class. You will need two Seth books which are the textbooks for this course. We recommend using a headset with microphone for the live webinars. You CAN use a telephone instead to call in to the live webinars, but then you will have to pay your phone company for normal long distance rates and it is not as comfortable as using a headset. See next page for course requirement details.

What you need for this course

A computer.
A DSL or Cable internet connection is preferred, though some people have used dial-up
Course Textbook: Seth, Dreams and Projections of Consciousness by Jane Roberts. (Textbook is free with your registration, but does not included shipping)
A headset with microphone is recommended but you can use a telephone instead. (but then you will have to pay your phone company for normal long distance rates. Old external mikes are not adequate as they cause external noise and are uncomfortable for other participants to listen to. You can purchase a headset with microphone at any electronic store or online for prices starting at $10-$20.
You will NOT need a computer camera.
