Welcome to www.sethcenter.com (“Site”), operated by New Awareness Network, Inc., a New York corporation (“NAN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and all affiliated products, services, software, digital courses, events, media, and platforms (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) and NAN.
BY ACCESSING, USING, OR PURCHASING THROUGH THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.
a. Eligibility & Scope
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
b. Services Offered
The Seth Center provides online educational courses, books, digital downloads, event registrations, e-commerce products, archived media, and live streaming services for informational and educational purposes. Content may include writings inspired by Jane Roberts’ Seth material, but NAN is a legally independent publisher and not affiliated with any estate or trust related to Jane Roberts unless otherwise disclosed.
c. User Accounts
Some Services require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
d. Use of Services
You may use the Services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Circumvent access controls or attempt unauthorized access;
- Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content;
- Use the Services to resell or offer competing services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any conduct that violates these Terms.
e. E-Commerce Transactions
Products and services sold through the Site are subject to availability and our posted pricing and refund policies. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time;
- Limit quantities per user or household;
- Deny service for suspected fraud or abuse.
All payments must be made through our approved third-party processors. By purchasing, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policies.
f. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Site—including text, images, video, logos, course materials, and software—are the exclusive property of NAN or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, download, distribute, modify, or exploit any content unless explicitly authorized in writing by NAN.
g. Content Submitted by Users
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., reviews, comments, testimonials), but you grant NAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish your content in connection with its services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share such content and that it does not infringe upon any third party’s rights.
h. Privacy & Data Use
Use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to those policies.
We utilize CookieYes for consent management in accordance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable regulations. Consent data is logged and stored securely.
i. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
NAN’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (2) $100 USD.
j. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate by ceasing all use of the Services.
Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations.
k. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
l. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New York County, New York.
m. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NAN concerning your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. NAN Cookie Policy
New Awareness Network, Inc. (“NAN”), a corporation organized and registered under the laws of the State of New York, is the parent company and legal entity doing business as The Seth Center: www.sethcenter.com. NAN is committed to upholding the highest standards of transparency, data ethics, and user privacy in accordance with applicable U.S. Federal and New York State privacy laws, as well as internationally recognized data protection frameworks.
NAN operates in compliance with:
- The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58)
- The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501–6506)

Furthermore, NAN acknowledges proposed legislation (e.g., New York Privacy Act) and voluntarily aligns with their spirit.
To ensure international compliance, NAN employs CookieYes.com, a Consent Management Platform (CMP), which facilitates global cookie law alignment including (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, PIPEDA, POPIA, PDPA).

5. Protection of NAN Intellectual Property
a. Ownership and Scope of Protection
All intellectual property rights in and to New Awareness Network, Inc.’s (“NAN”) content, services, trademarks, logos, trade dress, course materials, digital products, software, multimedia files, written works, and other proprietary assets (collectively, “NAN IP”) are and shall remain the exclusive property of NAN or its licensors. NAN IP is protected under applicable United States and international copyright laws, trademark statutes, trade secret regulations, and other intellectual property and unfair competition laws.
Except as expressly authorized in writing by NAN, you shall not, directly or indirectly:
- Reproduce, copy, adapt, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, broadcast, sell, license, or otherwise exploit NAN IP in any form or by any means;
- Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, copyright management information, digital rights management (DRM) tools, or technological protection measures associated with NAN IP; or
- Use NAN IP in any manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates NAN’s rights.
Any license or permission granted by NAN is revocable, non-transferable, and limited to the specific terms provided in writing. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by NAN.
b. Enforcement, Remedies, and Recovery of Costs
NAN actively monitors for unauthorized use or infringement of NAN IP and reserves the right to take immediate legal action without prior notice, including but not limited to: (a) sending cease-and-desist communications; (b) filing DMCA takedown notices; (c) initiating civil proceedings for injunctive relief, damages, and statutory penalties; and (d) pursuing criminal referrals where applicable.
In the event of any breach or threatened breach of this Intellectual Property provision, NAN shall be entitled—without the necessity of posting bond or proving actual damages—to seek temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief, specific performance, and any other equitable remedies available under law.
In addition, NAN shall be entitled to recover from the infringing party all damages, including but not limited to lost profits, diminution in value, statutory damages, consequential damages, and exemplary or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. The infringing party shall also be liable for NAN’s reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, expert witness fees, and any other expenses incurred in enforcing NAN’s rights.
These remedies are cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies provided at law or in equity.
