The Early Class Sessions Books 1 through 4 are complete transcripts of Seth Sessions held in ESP classes in Elmira, N.Y., channeled by Jane Roberts. Often dubbed “The Early Classes,” these sessions began in September 1967 and ran through January 1972, prior to the release of Seth Speaks. They constitute the first of many years in ESP classes hosted by Jane at her apartment, and lay the groundwork for the more formal books that followed. To date, there are no Seth Original Audio recordings for these transcripts, with the exception of Audios 8 and 9 featured in Books 2 and 4, respectively. A unique contribution to the vast body of Seth teachings, readers will experience first-hand the dynamic interplay between Seth and Jane’s students as they try impromptu exercises and attempt to translate the teachings into their daily lives.

The Early Class Sessions: Book 1 are the very first ESP classes held in Jane’s living room. Seth introduces the nature of reality, how we create our own reality, and our responsibility to change life conditions by identifying and dismantling limiting beliefs. Students are encouraged to discover and work with their inner senses to perceive non-physical realities. Jane demonstrates an ectoplasmic manifestation of her hand. Exercises include: aura visualization and manipulation, energy projection, Seth leads an inner sense visualization.

Themes include: the multidimensional self, reincarnation and the soul, responsibility and empowerment, multiple realities.
